Our downtown waterfront four-acre site has flexibility! Our tents, parking lots, and marina give us the ability to change our venue based upon your group's needs. Our main tents are available in late April through the end of October. Our site offers three main tents, a marina and a parking lot, plus an open air courtyard with full bar, beverage and concessions offerings… All in a premiere location in the “City by the Sea!”
